DESCRIPTION:NDC Round 2 \nDear Paul and NDC Co-ordinators\, TSNZ members and supporters\,\n\n\nLast week we shot Round 2 of the TSNZ NDC 2026\, and the standout of the night with a huge score of 4994.266\, some 23 points ahead of the next team on the table\, was the Wellington Tigers\, with Bex Baines shooting a 300.24\, and Pippa Taylor a 200.9. These women are backed up by a strong team\, who work together to have me run out of superlatives.\n\nAlso shooting a Junior 200.16 is Hugo Smith of the Hutt Valley Hawks.\n\nContinuing on from the last round of trainspotting\, returning shooters from a long ‘retirement’\, I spotted Roger Harvey\, a double Gold medalist in the 1990 Auckland Commonwealth Games\, shooting for the Eastern Jedi\, posting a score of 290.12 for his first outing in NDC. I am reliably told that he borrowed a jacket from Robbie McNair – lefties are generous that way – and while it looks like he may be a little rusty\, he has not lost his touch. Welcome back Roger.\n\nThere has been a matter raised where a shooter completed their match after the 9:30 cut off\, and was reported by their co-ordinator on the night. The matter has been referred to the Exec for a ruling. Today\, that ruling has confirmed that the out of time shooter will have the last 4 shots of their match annulled. DESCRIPTION:NDC Round 3\nDear Paul\, and NDC Co-ordinators\nPlease find attached the results of the 3rd round of NDC 2026.\n\nThis round I wish to highlight the families who shoot in our NDC teams.\nI started noticing in some of the teams a number of family members\, and when I went through the results of this round\, I discovered far more families than I anticipated. This is not an exhaustive list. I must add that the competition within these families is fierce.\n\n\nIn my haste to get this published\, a couple of typos were identified in the Henshaw Cup. These have been corrected.\n\nMy previous covering letter brought a flurry of additions to related shooters and I attach a .pdf that adds to that list.
