As per Jills wishes no funeral is to be held, and the family will hold a private cremation on 13th June.
But for those who wish to join together to remember Jill's life, a gathering run by a celebrant is to be held on Friday 15th June at 2pm, at the Wanganui Racecourse. This is open to everyone, for friends and family to meet, talk, and have a chance to say a few words if they wish, and all are invited to stay for refreshments afterwards.
Jill Travers passed away on 10th June in Wellington Hospital, after a very short illness. Jill was a long-time TSNZ member from Wanganui and a past TSNZ Executive member.
