Seeking a new Executive Member

March 8th 2019

The TSNZ Executive have recently been advised of and accepted the resignation of Mike Long as Executive Member, effective immediately.  Mike has been serving on the Executive since 2016, however is now wanting to spend more time with his young family - no doubt something many of us will be familiar with.  TSNZ thanks Mike for his contribution, and we wish him and his family all the best going forward.

The Executive have decided that it is important to fill the vacancy Mike has left soon, rather than waiting until the AGM election process, and so is calling for Expressions of Interest from the TSNZ membership.

The vacancy will be filled by appointment rather than an election (as per TSNZ Constitution 1.7.8) and as such does not require nominations with seconding by an Association.  An appointment (if any) will be decided at the May 10th Executive Meeting, with the successful candidate taking office immediately following that.  The term of the appointment is until the 2019 AGM, although of course the appointee is then able to seek re-election in the normal way if they so choose.

If you are interested in this position and want more information, please feel free to contact any of the current Executive - Bruce Marchant, Paul Turner, Bruce Cameron, Steve O'Donnell, Regan Cowe.   Click here for their contact details.

Expressions of Interest should be sent to the TSNZ Office by 31st March, using the Information / Expresson of Interest Form below.
