Andrew & Faulkner
The Andrew and Faulkner shield match is an annual teams competition between South Island associations, held in late July. With 16-18 teams of 10, plus emergencies, as well as a Junior teams competition, it usually has over 200 competitors, making it the biggest smallbore match in New Zealand.
2026 Andrews and Faulkner is being held in Oamaru on Saturday 25th July.
The 2025 match will be held in Oamaru on 26th of July.
